Right-minded thinking results in correct actions.
10,000 websites are set up each day in the Internet. The World Wide Web is evidence of the forged links which bring us all closer together.
This also applies, in the same way, to the way people behave. We are, either consciously or without thinking, connected to each other in other social ways. These connections will be made obvious and clear through the means of systemised training and coaching.
In order not to lose oneself in the orientation phase, it is important to establish one's own goals and visions. In this way arises an objective picture which makes problem solving and new directions possible.
So we see that points of reference, or so-called "lighthouses", are necessary, and can be of great value. Some people call them virtues or summarise them as ethical behaviour. All together, these views and opinions focus on the following questions: "What is really important for myself?" and "Which values do I/we want to aspire to in my/our lifetime?".
Thus, each ship in an ocean has a number of possible directions to choose from.
In order to find your "lighthouse", you can determine it, for example, in a Values check and so form a hierarchy of values and, if you wish, through seminars and coaching sessions, gain a deeper understanding and work on interpretations.
I wish you much success with your endevours.
Yours, Erik Hausstädtler
